If I am parked close to a "return cart here" place then yes, I do walk it over.
If Im parked far...No, I dont do it. Besides, where I shop, there's usually always (what dh and my brother call) "Cart Boy" out there collecting them.
How dare she yell @ you. Thats ridiculous!

i usually do. i used to work at a supermarket though, and had to sometimes push carts if we didn't have someone on carts.
it sucked

Yeah she made a little scene and was like "well then I'll return it FOR you!" and walked off in a huff. It was raining and I had just gotten my hair did!! Gee that sounds prissy!

I usually try to smash them into a random car (demolition derby style)....

Sometimes, but if I'm busy I'll admit I leave them behind the car behind me..sorry guys!

oh so your the one always putting the cart behind my car sharon! j/k Yes i always put it back but like everyone else if its to far no but like lvsdolphin said there is a cart boy outside always taking them inside.

most of the time, yes. but quite honestly, if i'm with the baby, and have alot of packages, then no.
especially at the pathmark by my house...there is not return cart area in the parking lot...you have to return it back to in front of the entrance doors!!

I worked at the supermarket for 3 years. If its close then yes but if not no thats what the cart person gets paid for

I try to. The shopping center by me is horrendous for leaving the carts in the parking lot-  think I even got the little dent on my car there They're ALL over the lot. They should have something where you put change in the machine to get your cart, then return the cart and get your money back. Don't know of supermarkets here that do it but in Europe- yes.

they must not have a cart person by me or he's always on break. The damn carts are all over the lot- I think more spots are taken from carts rather than cars

I always do. I hate when there are carts in the lot blocking perfectly good parking spots, or sitting behind my car when I want to back out.

I do... I guess I feel bad because my mom works at a supermarket and while she doesn't have to do that, those carts can be a pain!
Plus it's a little teeny bit more exercise for my lazy butt!

I dont return them if I have my children with me.....because then you have to leave your kids unattended
That is how a kid got kidnapped....some woman just took the kid out of the car while the mom went to put the wagon back
