Do YOU play in the snow?

The kids love playing in the snow, but I don't so much. I'll be out there with them for a little while, but it's just for them, not for me.

If it wasn't for DS I would have stayed inside. I went outside and taught him how to make snow angels, snow balls and I towed him around in the sled. Like being a kid again.

If I never saw snow again it would be a day too soon.

I feel so bad that I don't go out in the snow with my kids. I can't wait for them to be old enough to go out there by themselves and me watch them through the window sipping hot chocolate

Not really a fan. I get cold very quickly and then I'm just miserable and I want to go inside. That being said, I DID play in the snow this weekend with my little cousin. We made snow angels and had a snowball fight. After about 15 minutes, I was miserable and wanted to go inside. lol! I switched places with DH and made him go out and play while I warmed my buns by the fire.

ETA: I will also go out and play in the snow for my dogs. They LOVE the snow. It's easier though since I can just stand in the doorway while they are in the yard and throw snowballs at them. I stay relatively warm that way. lol!

No, I hate being out in the snow. I feel bad about it too because if it snows while DH is at work I am torn between not going out and feeling guilty that DS is starting out the window like a puppy.

So I take them out but I hate it.

I hate playing in the snow, but every year I dutifullly get out there with the kids if DH is at work.

Loved this weekend's snow-- sent DH out there with the kids (he actually does love it!) and sat inside watching with a big coffee. That's how it's done

Yes, I loved it as a kid and still went out as a young adult sleigh riding.

Now I do it more for DD, I enjoy it, but probably wouldn't bother buddling up if not for her.

I played other because I take the puppy who LOVES the snow. It was her first one and she was so cute

Usually I love it. DH and I played touch football last year after DD went to bed, during the blizzard. So much fun

This year i'm super pregnant, so no, I don't like it.

I love playing in it, but then when I'm done I'm inside freezing and miserable wondering why I was out there...LOL!

I hate it, but I never really liked it as a kid. I still did go outside with DS for like 20 minutes.

yes..i make forts and have the snow brick maker and the snowball maker

i do play with my nieces and nephews but have also been alone with dh having a snowball fight



i would also like to add i am 5 years old

Usually only when I am showing kids how to do something, otherwise I stay inside with my tea.

I like filling plastic dishsoap bottles and old windex sprayers - both of which I save just for this - with food coloring and water then showing kids how they can "Paint" the snow with them. They love it!

I always did! LOL my best friend lived across the street from me and DH lived a few blocks away -- even in my twenties, I would go out in the snow and shovel for a bit and then have a snowball fight, walk around with DH, make snow angels, go sledding, make snowmen etc. lol

Now I play with DD mostly but DH and I did have a snowball fight this weekend LOL

I played with my dog but very briefly. I wouldn't have gone out without him though.

DH and I built a half-assed snowman together last year but that's about it. I'm sure once we have kids we'll be out there playing with them.

I do.. but mostly with my dogs.. they love to romp and catch snowballs..

When we go to VT, we'll snowshoe or make snow angels in the back yard.

Since we only go and see it once a year, YES! I love making snowmen, throwing snowballs and sledding/tubbing with my kids.
If we lived where it snowed, not a chance

No, I HATE the snow, buuut, once I have kids I guess I will just have to suck it up. I really detest the winter/cold weather

No, I want nothing to do with the snow. If it never snowed again, I'd be happy. Winter is bad enough with just the cold.
