i LOVE your name. It's on our baby name list.
My cousin's name is Kristi and she spells it the same way too She is going to be 34.

my sisters name is Jacqueline... and i always wished my mom had named her Jaclyn becase it was SUCH a pain in the butt to spell out (my mom said she wanted my sister to find a guy that would get it for her in Diamonds though )
I've always loved my name and would not change it.

Hmm I am like Flee, always hated my name as a kid. Now as an adult, I like that it is a little more unique, but I ALWAYS have to spell it out -- Sara? Tara? Lara? Karen? etc....
Oh, tell me about it! If I had a dime for every time I've been called SARAH! 
It used to bother me that I couldn't ever find anything with my name on it. And even now, most everyone doesn't get it when I first say it, I have to spell it or use the dreaded Farrah Fawcett line! For some reason, people have recently started calling me FAR-ah, which is weird...but I like it better now when I was a kid. Mostly because once people get it, they remember it.

I hated my name growing up until it started becoming popular!! Now...I like having a unique name and I am so used to it being mispronounced or misspelled

I wasn't too thrilled with my name as a kid, but I didn't exactly hate it. I used to want to have a name like Alexandra or Samantha so I could be called a boy name like Alex or Sam. Now I'm happy with it though.
The only thing that bugs me is when I introduce myself to someone and say "Hi, my name is SAndra". And they reply "Nice to meet you, SOndra". It's like, I just correctly pronounced my name for you and yet you insist on pronouncing it however you feel like it!

Kinda the same for me ... didn't know any other Wendy's until 7th grade and really hhaven't come across many others in my life. I used to be very excited that it said my name in "Born to Run" but a little annoyed that there was a Wendy in Peter Pan since I always got "Oh where's Peter or the Lost Boys?" when I met people.
I did hate as a kid not being able to find STUFF with my name on it ... made me very sad!

Hate my name (Barbara). Almost all of my elementary school teachers had the same first name because it's an old fat ladies name. Come to think of it, it may be the perfect name for me as I've starting to live up to it.

I felt exactly the same way growing up.
But now - I love cause you very rarely meet any other Marcie's out there.

I used to hate my name as a child- nobody could pronounce it or spell it- when you are young you just want to be "normal!"
Now, I'm not crazy about it but I'm okay with it.
