No, I don't have a pension. I started saving for retirement when I first started working full time 2 years ago.
DH and I both max out our 401Ks and put money additional money into an IRA. We do not want to be old and poor!

We both had 401K's that we have had for many many years, a huge plus for us is both our companies match what we put in, it adds up a lot quicker that way
