Do you get your kiddie's anything for Vday?
I got her a small heart shaped box of M&Ms, a cheap Barbie doll, a color with water book, a small my little pony figure and a stuffed cat that she has been wanting. (because it looks like our own cat)
Anyone else buy little gifts for their little Valentine's?

Do you get your kiddie's anything for Vday?
I got her lip gloss and a little pot with seeds to plant in the spring. My DH usually gets her a box of chocolate and flowers.

just got them each a mickey/Minnie valentine stuffed animal and candy. I don't give much if anything usually a valentines day. easter on the other hand ...

Yes, I always do. I actually decorate the kitchen with hearts and Valentine's decorations and then along with DH, the kids each get a Russel Stover heart (smaller than Daddy's  ) and a little bag filled with small treats like candy and little toys. I also make them a special Valentine's breakfast and dinner and make a cake.
I don't miss an opportunity to make holidays, even little minor ones, fun for them. I love any excuse to do something special for them. My mom use to do things like that for us too and I still remember them so I think it's sweet and makes nice memories for them.

They're each getting a board book. That's all. I don't give them candy. They got enough from school.

I do. I got her some cute plates from Pottery barn she loves those. A new thermos mug. And a cinderella doll.

I got her a thing of bubbles personalized that says
"You Blow me away".
I ordered DH chocolate covered strawberries which means DD will eat half of them. So technically they will be for her too.
Happy whenever I can kill two birds with one stone!

I got my daughter a few books and a toy. And like a previous poster ( who I think I stole the idea from lol) we are having a love partya t home Sunday. Decorated with hearts etc and we are doing hreat shaped everything, pancakes, pizza and cake for dinner.

Candy and a small toy -
DH got a box of Godiva truffles
I do a scavenger hunt for them and DH - and they each get a tin of their favorite (so I have to make rice krispie treats, gooey cholate cookies and brownies)
I'll probably do heart shaped pancakes since it's the weekend, and not sure what we're doing for dinner ...........my house is already decorated with hearts all over the place -
I MIGHT fill their rooms with balloons if I have time to get to the store - usually only that for their birthdays.

I got them each an itty bitty from Hallmark. They collect them. DD will probably get flowers from DH this weekend because she loves getting flowers.

i got DS a card, a little box of candy, and a little transformer toy. i might run out at night and get him a balloon or something, too.... i don't go nuts, but i like to acknowledge it. we also usually make chocolate covered strawberries together as something fun to do---- and we do a fun "breakfast for dinner"- red waffles with strawberries. nothing crazy

I don't normally but I did this year. Since Hopkins are all the rage I got them 2 small baskets. I also got them a mystery sum tsum thing lol. And a sleeve of m&ms.

I got my 6 year old son a stuffed animal, some allergy friendly chocolates, and matchbox cars...I also went to party city and got balloons today and will put them outside his room Sunday morning..
He only got one thing from his class party that he could have. Food allergies and holidays don't mix...
