Do you 'count the kicks'
I read somewhere that you were supposed to count kicks.
you should feel 10 kicks in an hour.
this is driving me crazy -
No one does this... right?

Re: Do you 'count the kicks'
My Dr. suggested that I start counting at 30 weeks but I haven't had the need because my moves all day long. You're only supposed to count kicks if your baby isn't that active. Most Dr. tell you to count kicks once you hit your 3rd trimester.

Re: Do you 'count the kicks'
I am 28 and 1/2 weeks along and I don't count. I just make sure I feel her randomly throughout the day.

Re: Do you 'count the kicks'
I don't. And my midwife never implied I should. At my appointments she says "are you feeling consistent movement?" I respond with a yes (because I do) and that's the end of it.

Re: Do you 'count the kicks'
I'm 29wks and I don't count them. I do make sure I feel her moving and kicking throughout the day just be noticing, but I don't actually count. My Dr. never mentioned it either.
