do you consider sleeping while nursing a nap?
i know it's an odd question. but my 3 month old sleeps while he nurses and then seems all awake and refreshed after and doesn't nap for another 2 hours. he nurses usually about 30 minutes.

no - the doctor told me nothing under 45 min should be considered a nap because they never got into a "deep" sleep
