Re: Do you automatically O
No. If you suffer from PCOS, like I do, you can actually have a flow without ovulating.
Do you have concerns?

Re: Do you automatically O
I've never been diagnosed with PCOS but My only concern is that I'm not pg yet:o)and whenever I take those ovulation tests...it never says I'm ovulating. But with that I'm not consistent.I always figured since I get my period every month, I ovulate...and now I'm not sure if that's the case. Thanks for responding.

Here is an article with links that may help you. You may want to start temping to have a better idea of your cycle. Do you get EWCM? If not, try greentea and carrots in the first half of your cycle. You can look this up online for other ideas by searching for natural ways to increase cervical mucous

In reference to Melijane's article, there is a link for diagnostic testing for anovulatory cycles. Here it is : http://www.babyhopes.com/articles/anovulation.html

Re: Do you automatically O
just because the ovulation tests aren't picking up ovulation does not mean you aren't ovulating. some women just don't make enough of the hormone that OPKs pick up to get a positive result, even though they are still ovulating. these tests are not foolproof. i would strongly consider temping for a few cycles, which will likely tell you if you're having anovulatory cycles.
