Do you always request the same doctor?
If their are multiple doctors in the practice, do you request the same one? We have 3 in ours and I (and my kids) tend to love one more then the other 2. However, I always feel guilty asking for him b/c the other doctors are always around and then they put a sign outside the door with the doctors name. So when I go I say whoever is available is fine.

I always request our doctor. For scheduled appts we always see him, for sick visits I ask if he is available but will see someone else if e isn't.

I prefer 2 doctors in our practice (there are 6) but if it's a sick visit, you never know who will be on call, so it's best to see all the doctors, IMO.

No - I do like a couple more than others but, I usually don't request a specific one because I want to be in and out as fast as possible.

No, because god forbid there is an emergency you have no idea who will be on call and I would like each doctor to have a basic understanding of each child.

Well visits are only with the one ped. We love him and he really takes his time with us. For sick visits, I will mostly take whoever is available. There are 5 doctors total and I'm not crazy about 2 of them, so I do try to avoid them.

For sick visits, there is 1 dr and 1 Nurse Practitioner that we prefer. But if they aren't there, we'll see whoever is there if we feel they need to be seen right away. For their well visits, we always ask for the same Dr, the owner of the practice.

Do you always request the same doctor?
I will occasionally request a specific dr for a scheduled apt, especially if I'm having an issue that I'm concerned about. Sick visits I'll take who's there. There's only one doctor at my practice that I'm not as crazy about.

I only request a certain docter for well visits, I feel like they get to know ur child more/better if its always the same one. If DD is sick then i will see any of the 3 docters.

For well visits, yes, I always have my DD see the same doctor because he knows her well and I love him. For sick visits I am not as picky but I do try and schedule with him if at all possible.

Yes I do now! After a situation with one ped at our office left me in tears, we now only see our ped. I would take her to PM pediatrics before I used the other doc in our practice. Fortunately, I do love our ped!

When we go for Well Visits...we request the same doctor.
I think it is important IMO, that the same dr sees my son so he can watch him grow from month to month (esp in the beginning)
If my DS is sick, it doesnt matter who he sees.

I tend to request one particular Doctor because I like her a little better but I do have a runner up  but if its an emergency situation I take whoever is avaliable.

Yes, we love our pediatrician! Shout out to Dr. Leonard! 
Fortunately, our DS has never needed a sick visit (knock on wood!) If he ever does, we wouldn't mind if we couldn't get our regular ped. But if we have a choice, we always go to the same one!

I see the same doctor for all DD's well visits, but for sick visits, I'll see whoever is available if she's not in or booked.

If the kids have a serious issue I like to see Dr. George. I trust him and he's always been right. I also really like Dr. Vancura. If not, I'll pretty much see anyone. I like all the doctors in our practice.
