I saw long sleeve turtleneck onesies up to 4T in Childrens Place. I haven't seen them anywhere else.

I think some Old Navy bodysuits go to 2T or 3T
And Children's Place also has them up to 4T, I think.

Yes, at the Carter's outlet stores they cary them up to 7T.
