Mine made me extremely nauseous - couldnt take them at all - just took flintstones....

Same here, started them and immediately stopped them. I take these great vitamins from Ideal Health, they are customized to you after you provide a urine sample. They are gelcaps for easily swallowing and have 800-mcg. of folic acid! Just something to think about.

When I first started taking them, I took them only with a snack and got extremely nauseous.....now I take them with dinner or right before bedtime.

They dont make me hungry but I think they give me bad breath.

They don't make me hungry. I do take them at night before I go to sleep to avoid being nauseous.

I felt nausous and gassy at first, then I just forced myself to keep taking them and I guess my body got used to them because the side effects went away.
