Do OPKs ever miss LH surge?
I've read about false positives, but not really false negatives. Just wondering what you all know about this.
I'm on CD 11 with 4 days of EWCM and still negative OPK results. Just wondering if perhaps the test is missing the surge ...??

they definitely can, but being your only CD11 i would prob test another couple of days especially b/c you spot for a while before AF so it may be hard to predict when you will O. and i would keep BDing just in case

I have used all different types of OPK's and for whatever reason they don't work for me  I got so paranoid I had my OB do bloodwork and based off the results I was ovulating at the time of the bloodtest and I was using an OPK and the OPK never showed my surge.

same here. i wasn't getting a surge, but according to blood work @ ob, i was ovulating.
