Really I had them all and the space they take up is crazy.
My favorite was the fisher Price travel swing it folds and travels, is small and had lights... and would be perfect in an apt!
I loved being able to move it room to room easily like when I took a shower I put it in the bathroom., at night if he woke up and was just awake not hungry I moved it to my bedroom and he just stayed in it quiet and fell back asleep eventually, if I was cooking I put it in the kitchen on the table (when he was super little and not too mobile of course!)... I recommend it highly!
