Do Catholic Churches have Sunday School?
Or any type of religious education for young children?

They have CCD
at my church it is Wednesday after school for grades 1 - 4
Monday after school for grades 5 - 8
it is for one hour.

How young are you talking?
My church has a pullout program for school aged children during the readings & homily of the children's mass. They break into smaller groups to read and discuss them at a level that's age appropriate.
They also have CCD one day a week after the public school lets out.
They also have a Mother's group, but I don't know of anything formal for young kids.
