Dizziness
Yesterday at work I go dizzy for about 5 minutes. I attributed it to being in a long meeting in a room that was fairly warm. So, I drank water and it went away. I was fine for the rest of the night. Ever since I woke up this morning I am feeling dizzy again. I ate a banana while I am getting ready for work but it dosen't seem to be going away. What could this be?

I've had a few dizzy episodes over the past 3 weeks or so too. I read in a few of the pregnancy books that's it's normal in the 3rd trimester. Like you, it goes away in a few minutes and it's not a constant thing but I have been having a few dizzy spells. I don't know what the cause is but they say it's "normal". Feel better!!

could just be a drop in your sugar level. I got with my dd and the nurse at my job would check my sugar level and then gave me a sugar candy. then i would lay down with feet elevated for a bit and then felt much better.

I have had bad vertigo for a few days now. Its a PG sign...Could be a multitude os issues from low blood sugar, to low blood pressure( common in Pregnancy) to plain vertigo. It should pass
