Dizzies
Anyone else get that shaky, dizzy feeling? The Dr. told me to just keep drinking more and more water, but it doesn't go away.

I've been having this alot lately too... nothing really seems to help it, and my BP is ok (actually on the low side) so I know its not that 
I increased my water also but it still seems to be happening anyhow.
I feel for you

When that happens get a scoop of peanut butter, or a slice of lunch meat, and juice works too. Your blood sugar may be a little low.

I have been dizzy more I would say the past 2 weeks...I think for me its a combo of the weather and lack of sleep
