Disney Vacation Question...
Also posted on Parenting.
Anyone stay in The Nick Hotel? Were you happy with it or is it better to just stay on Disney grounds?
Thanks!

Re: Disney Vacation Question...
I have stayed there twice. It was OK. The kids loved the pools, they have activities daily. The rooms were big enough for us to comfortably fit 5 people. It is closer to Universal. If you are looking to save some $$ it is worth it. HTH

Re: Disney Vacation Question...
We stay on property and love it. We take advantage of the EMH, shuttles and meal plan. I've heard the amenities at the Nick hotel are nice but rooms are fair.

Re: Disney Vacation Question...
It all depends on what you are going to do with your time.
If you're going to split your days between Disney, Universal, Sea World, etc., then it might make sense to stay here. It's a decent hotel with some nice amenities for the kids.
If you're stay is Disney-focused, then it would be less convenient. In this case, and as long as it fits your specific needs, I suggest staying on Disney property.
Just a matter of personal taste and what works best for you.
