Just left our travel agent. Trying to book Disney on a budget for next summer since we have 2 weddings out of
state. Our dd will be 1.

How is the Disney all-star movie resort?
Is a meal plan worth it?

All-Star Movies is cute. The only problem with the All-Star resorts is that the all share the same bus, so it can get crowded or you may have to wait for the next bus. If you're looking for a value resort, DH and I really liked Pop Century!

The meal plan was free at the time, so it was worth it to us. I felt it was worth it based on what we normally spend at the sit down restaurants.

I also like pop century better. The meal plan is worth it if you do it right, but you will get a lot of desserts

You need to think about how you eat, and what you eat and price out what you will be ordering with the meal plan to see if it is worth it.

All of Disney's All-Star resorts are great! They are very family-friendly and awesome when it comes to having a budget.

As for the meal plans, it depends on what kind of "eaters" you are. Disney has three choices for dining. My favorite is The Disney Dining Plan, which includes one sit down meal, one quick service meal and one snack. It covers at least one or two character meals and more!

Wishing you a Pixie-Dust Vacation,
Melissa
