UGH! I hope not. Our flight home on our last trip was delayed 2 hours. We were notified by the airline 5 hours in advance and still had to take our scheduled Magical Express and then sit in the airport for the extra 2 hours.
It’s true. Pickup is now 4 hours before your flight. We are dreading this.
Yep...just got back. 6 pm pick up for our 10 pm flight

Not sure how old your kids are, but I went for the first time with 3 in Feb. Mine were 5.5, 3, and 7 months. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. If you have questions let me know.
It wasn't bad at all! It worked out great and had an awesome time!
We stayed at the Polynesian. Loved it! We ate at character meals practically daily. The food was eh. We had good meals at The Boathouse and Tutto Italia. At the risk of being flamed...i don't get the hype about the pineapple whip. Overall, awesome awesome trip!

How were the waits on line? We are leaving on Saturday with my 3 -(turning 5, 2.5 and 5 months).

Disney 2017
Just got back on Wed. We had an awesome time. Some days were super busy. We left on Friday and came back wed (day before thanksgiving). Sunday was the busiest day by far. We waited no longer than 35 mins for a ride and usually it was quicker than what it said.
My review in short (kinda lol)
Chef Mickey not great. The character interactions were eh at best. The buffet lines were stupid long and it was just a normal buffet. Wasn’t happy for the price.
Cinderella royal table- atmosphere was eh I thought it would be more special. Princesses were great. Food was pretty good. Kid menu a bit weird.
Brown and derby was ok. We did it for the fantastic show at HS and I’m not really sure why you need VIP seating lol.
Hs I wish I planned the full day there. There was plenty to do that take time. We didn’t get to see Disney jr live. Or muppets. Etc. But made the most of it.
Epcot. I know people love it but we don’t find it great for little kids. We did frozen and Nemo and turtle talk and the movie shorts.
MK is just amazing. Lol. We love it there. We did several rides multiple times.

Sorry didn't quote correctly-
Regarding HS,
Yes I don't know why some people have said that HS is a half day park, we did the whole day there.
