Disability

I was working at a real job when I had Emma but I can't remember for the life of me what to do.

I have the paperwork from the Co that has to be filled out by me, employer and doctor. When do I give the papers to the doc?? Now and make them hold them or do I bring them to the office after baby is born?? Im so forgetful these days!

I gave the papers for my doctor already. The disability company said I need to call them on my last day of work so they can begin to process my claim and then I need to call them once I have the baby
