diningroom size
is 10 X 13 small for a dining room?
I'm looking at furniture for the room and everything seems so HUGE! I don't want the space to look too cluttered

Mine is 11.5 x 12, which I do consider small. However, my old larger furniture fits just fine in it. I have a china cabinet and 6 person rectangular table.
Biggest thing is you have 13 for the length, which is decent.
Also depends where your doorways are.

I don't know for SURE, but I'm pretty good at eyeballing sizes...and I'd say our dining room is right around that size.
We have a short,fat cabinet with many of our glass statues in it, another tall,skinny cabinet for some of our china, and a large dining room table with four chairs.
However, there is still room. On Christmas day, we were able to put another table in the room, and we had seating for 15. It was tight to walk through the room, but we hung out in the other parts of the house and it was not tight to sit.

i believe mine is 10x10 it could be a bit bigger though
we have a 6 chair dr set and we are getting a wine tower and it all fits fine and is not cramped but it is also an open space

If you had seating for 15, I doubt your DR was that small. Def check the measurement if you can. Mine is 11.5x12 and I could never ever fit 15.

mine is 9'10 by 9'6 - it's tiny I can only fit table and chairs - no babinets or anything...
