Digital Temp

For those who use the digital temp for ovulation..can someone tell me how it works? I'm confused!!! After getting all those negatives on the lined kits I want to give this a shot!!

OPKs tell you when you're about to O and temping only confirms that you O'd. so i would still do the OPKs along with temping. If the line tests were difficult for you try the smilie face ones.

but with temping you basically take your temp in the morning before you do anything...before you get up to go to the bathroom or even sit up in the bed...you have to take it at the same time everyday. You should see a clear shift in your temps during your cycle. the middle point from when your cycle goes from lower temps to higher temps is when you O'd. I learned alot about temping from Fertility Friend's website. Check it out!

yup...a smilie face means you are about to O...i know some girls have bought the OPKs on amazon for a cheaper price than in the stores. I think Walmart has great prices on OPKs also...good luck and you're welcome
