Digital OPK's
I started using the Clear Blue Easy Digital OPKs this month. It doesnt actually say anything in the directions about holding your pee or not drinking for any length of time (or even what time of day to test) but I know I've heard some of you ladies mention holding for a certain amount of time.
What is the "right" way to do this? And will it really have an effect on the test if I dont hold it or if I have a can of seltzer a little while before I test?

It is best to test between 2-8 pm since the hormone (Lh i think) builds in your system... Hold your urine for 4 hours and if possible, do not drink anything.... i dont have a sip of ANYTHING for those 4 hours so that my urine is super concentrated. HTH

she's absolutely correct. The hormone you are testing for builds as you are awake!

Test between 2 and 8 pm - and try to hold your urine for 4 hours, but if you can only make 3 that's fine!
I never limit my drinking during that time - but I don't drink much during that time typically anyway. One can of soda would be FINE!
