Difference in formulas (previously asked)
I've already asked this, but no one responded so I'm just trying again if no one minds...
I really don't know which formula to start Connor on.
What does everyone prefer and why?
Similac Enfamil Nestle
Thanks!

I use Similac - cause that is what they put Ali on in the hospital - and it has always agreed with her. I am not sure if that helped you. What has your pediatrician said?

DS drinks GoodStart. I started him on Similac but it was to thick and he was very gassy that he used to scream and cry. Once my ped told me to switch to GoodStart which is not as thick and he is not as gassy (does not scream from pain) he has been better.

Same here-we just used what the hospital gave us. Similac advanced with DHA/ARA. My ped recomended that too over Enfamil, don't know why though.

Re: Difference in formulas (previously asked)
Great question... I have no idea. We went with what our pediatrician reccomended.
Is your pediatrician letting you pick?
ETA we started with Similac Advance and switched when Michael was having some gassy problems. We are on Emfamil ProSobee (soy) and he has been great on it.

Re: Difference in formulas (previously asked)
My ped recommends Enfamil, so I've supplemented with that and with Good Start (which I often see recommended for brestfed babies).

Re: Difference in formulas (previously asked)
I stareted on Similac Advance and then Isomil (soy) but he was still spitting up alot and I also noticed that those formulas were more suddsy. He is now on Enfamil and no problems.
