anyone know the risks/effects on fertility when losing weight and starting a new fitness routine while ttc?

They should really be beneficial (unless you don't need to lose weight...being underweight can be a hindrance to conception too). I lost over 40 lbs in the 4+ years we were TTC. I'm sure it had some benefit to conceiving.
