Did you register for diapers etc?

Did you register for diapers and other supplies like bottles etc? Not sure if I should register for them or just buy them ourselves?

Yes, I registered for NB diapers and bottles.

ETS: Someone may want to get you diapers for a diaper cake or something else too. It's a good way of letting them know which ones you plan on using.

Yes I register for the 96 pack of newborn Pamper swaddlers, they come VERY highly recommended for little 's

Don't get too many NB or size 1. DS was 7Lbs 13 oz at birth and only wore NB until he came home. He was wearing size 1 3 days after we came home.

I registered for 2 boxes of Huggies size 1-2, up to 15lbs.

i didn't register for any. people bought them for me anyway at my shower.

you really won't know what brand is best for you until your child is here. i HATE pampers for DS!!! he peed and pooped right through them. huggies is all that will work for him. people swear by pampers for boys but not my son! it was awful until i tried the huggies.

i definitely needed newborn. DS will be 4 weeks in 2 days and we just started him in size one and that's ONLY because i didn't want to buy another box of newborn when i had so many size 1 boxes at home. DS was 7 pounds at birth (although all the sonograms had him measuring at over 8 pounds...so DON'T go by that measurement!)

take diapers from the hospital until you know how big your child will be. when DH goes home for the night he can pick up whatever you need for home. most hospitals use size ones.

i registered for the bottles I wanted and 1 pack of diapers and wipes. But I got soooo many diapers so I dont think I needed to register for them.

Def register for the bottles you want though or else you will get all diff kinds.

The first time around I registered for diapers, and let me tell you-I didn't have to buy diapers for the first 4 months! This time I didn't though.

I have only registered for bottles. I'm sure I'll get some diapers at my shower even though I didn't registered for any.

I registered for a box of size 1 pampers swaddlers. People usually buy diapers for you, and I wanted them to know what type I was planning on using. I also registered for a starter pack of bottles.
