Did you register for clothing and all the extras?
My friend at work said yes but others have said no bc you get so much as it is from people you don't need to register for specific outfits and pacifiers and all the little things. What did u ladies do?

Yes, when I registered for DS, we did zap some clothes on there that we thought were cute. Just be careful with that...sometimes if you register too far from your shower then they won't have those things anymore or could be off season.
Also, didn't register for pacifiers. Found we went through a few brands before we found the one he is currently (and much to my chagrin) addicted to.

i posted on your other thread that you deleted...
i didn't register for clothes or like bibs/burp clothes and stuff. everyone has told me you will get a ton of it anyway and people like to pick out the outfits themselves...no point in registering for it.

I registered for everything BUT clothes. Honestly, I got SO many at my shower (plus I have bought so many myself) that I dont even think he is going to get through them all before he grows out of them.

the only clothing i registered for is plain white onesies and a pack of snap side undershirts (which my sister apparently swears by - she insisted)

Me too.
Based on my  shower, I would tell you to NOT register for any clothing, blankets, burp cloths, blankets, etc. People buy it anyway. I got a lot. If you know the gender of your LO, you are going to be inundated with that stuff because it's so cute and people love to buy it. It's a lot more fun than the diaper genie, KWIM? What I have seen happen with my friends is that they end up with so many clothes they dont' get the things they need off the registry and that's annoying.
