Did anyone like the movie Titanic?
It was on today on the TBS channel...
Just imagine one day theirs going to be a movie about the world trade centers.

I loooved it when it came out but now, not so much. The fad is over with that movie for me. Partially b/c I can't stand James Cameron, the Suzy Amos chick and the old lady. I liked the Leo/kate scenes.

I thought it was ok, but got really sick of it b/c I can't stand Celine Dion, so hearing that song so much kind of made me hate the movie.
I wanted a more historical movie, something true and that wasn't it.

I loved it when it came out...I would say I still get excited when it comes on TV. I only caught a tiny bit of it yesterday.

I did not like the movie when I first saw it. I loved the special effects and the work put into recreating this epic area.
I hated the crazy love story between the 2 characters that was just too quick, too fast and just unlikely believable for the era. BUT I am way too logical for most movies anyway.

I thought the acting was mediocre at best, but the technical aspects of the movie were wonderful. How they were able to recreate the ship, whether by computer or building sets was wonderful to watch. I guess that comes from the college degree in film and TV production that I never used.

I thought it was eh. I was impressed by the historical and technical aspect but the story was pretty lame and the acting was so-so.

Titanic was very well made. I loved the costumes, the dialogue and the acting. but the love story IMO was a little cheesy.

caught the 2nd half yesterday.. I still get choked up and teary eyed when she jumps back on the ship to be with him.. with the music in the background... I am a sucker!!

world trade center, with nicholas cage, came out a year or 2 ago.
and i LOOOVED titanic, saw it 3 times in the movies and will sit and watch any time it's on

It has been favorite movie of mine for a long time up until recent. I remember the first time I saw it, I thought it was amazing.
