Seems like such a waste to have these cute things balled up in DS's closet... Did you do anything with yours?

I'm having my grandmother make pillows out of her bumpers and she's going to make a bigger bed skirt out of the bed skirt we have for her crib now for her bed when she gets bigger. We are going to try and find material that matches her quilt and make a comforter with it. I love DD set so much I'm hoping it works to carry over and use it for her when she's in her big girl bed. The set I got is pink brown and cream colored so it def can be used again as she gets older.

This thread has a whole bunch of cute idea
baby center thread

The quilt, I nailed to wall as a cute wall hanging behind the crib. Check out my album.

But, I like the idea on this thread. You could even make chair seat out of the bumper. If you have a chair in the nursery.
But, some of my favs on that thread are the tooth fairy pillows, and lining baskets with it, covering a photo album and making a soft book of the images.

Try this link (it was one that was inside that thread)

I think I am going to pack it away so that my daughter can be given the option of using it for her own kid (many many many many many many years from now).

Yes, very cute -- I donated the whole set to an unwed mothers' center. I don't have space to store anything, and I am not crafty at all. They will get more use out of it than I will.

We are making runners for DC's furniture out of the bumpers.

I hung it up in DS's nursery

(my nanny sewed the hangers to the quilt & I got the bar hanger- which was a shelf from ummm I think currents...it was 9.99!!)
