Hey... like I said in so many other previous threads... (that nobody ever believes) I have absolutely NO problem admitting when I am wrong.
And even better... I learned some valuable stuff today.
So there is your proof... so nobody else will claim that I am "never wrong".

I suspected that was the reason.
DH and I are also selling on our own and we looked into that last week. I already knew you couldn't list on mlsli.com w/o a realtor when DH did the research. If we could every realtor would be looking for a new line of work.
It clearly said it on the link that was posted. Sometimes we all have to take a breath and read carefully... sorry, it's the teacher in me.

Don't worry about it... this is her way of breaking my balls.
But I have no problem doing the right thing so its all good. 
We both learned something today cause I had every intention of putting my co-op on the MLS when I was ready to sell like you wanted to do... but now I have to re-think my strategy.

Fair enough. Like I said I don't mind cause it was actually worth something in the end... i went out and got the RIGHT information from the horse's mouth.
I don't mind being wrong if it means someone in the end gets the CORRECT information.
