diapers "burning" babies (causing rashes)
Tell me it's Pampers cruisers and I'm going to go postal! I just threw out all the tylenol and motrin, now I have to toss diapers? What's next?
ABC news trailer just says some diaper is causing the issue (they want you to stay up an watch their news show), I googled "diaper burns babies" and a photo of a pampers cruisers box popped up. Seriously, if someone can tell me why in the 2 years I've used diapers on my kids Pampers insisted on changing their diapers 90 times is beyond me, they had a great product.
Anyway, wondering if anyone can confirm which brand it is.

Abby uses the dry max and hasn't had a rash, but it is obvious that is has an effect on other children.

Re: diapers "burning" babies (causing rashes)
So far we've had no rashes on either baby... and it's odd b/c DD#1 gets diaper rash really easily. Maybe it's an allergic reaction since not all kids are having an issue. I'll continue to use them until there's a reason not to. As long as it's not a recall. Then I guess we potty train my 2 year old, and we'll just let the 10month old pee all over. Pampers was the only diaper I liked, loved the cruisers when they had that "weaved" material. Not sure why they are trying to make it thinner? Did babies think they looked fat in them or something?

Pampers in general gives Sasha a rash, it got all red in the diaper area and looked like a sunburn-- I can only use Seventh Generation on her... I guess whatever is in the new diapers is just affecting more babies.

I agree with you.
Not only THAT, but do you realize that there is about 30 LESS diapers in the box for the same price you would pay for the Cruisers?
Total marketing BS.

I had just bought a box before the reports came out. For now he seems ok, but if he gets a rash I will stop using them.

Re: diapers "burning" babies (causing rashes)
I refuse to use these diapers, if it's causing other children harm, I don't want the chemicals (or whatever it is) on my baby. my thing is I have DS2 due in a couple weeks, I'm sure the hospital will be using these dry max diapers

The hospital i use uses the pampers sensitive which thankfully does not have the dry maxx

Re: diapers "burning" babies (causing rashes)
Does this include or is this the overnight diapers? DD woke up this morning and has a rash on her back, not down there at all...I am wondering if this is related!
