carters tagless causing rashes

i just saw the alert about carters tagless causing rashes. DD has been waking up for several months with the back of her neck irritated and scratched. it usually went away in an hour or so, and wasnt too bad, so i thought it was from her scratching herself. I feel horrible. i mean, really, my kid is definitly not coordinated enough to get her hands back there.
so- does anyoen know if gerbers can cause this too? or other companies? not sure what undershirts to buy- the carters were really soft, but not going to use them anymroe

If my child has a reaction, then I will switch to the ones with plain old tags.
