DH's words of wisdom from childbirth class
I forgot to post the fantastic and enlightening thoughts/words from DH. This week, while watching a video on pushing/labor/breathing, DH said that it should be easy,
JUST LIKE DIRECTING AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL. PUSH. BREATHE. PUSH. HARDER.
He also wants to get those flare thingies to help direct.

Im sorry but.  I lost it with the flares.
As far as the pushing, do what I do. Ask the man if he would like to push it out his you know what....WATCH how fast he will change his mind. MY DH has not mentioned it since, or how "easy" it will be. He learned.

Between yours and mine, we have quite a couple of guys. DH wanted me to have a c-section for no reason other than to re-enact this scene from SPACEBALLS:

At least John was paying attention. I turned around during the breathing sections and Big Man was passed out and snoring.
Then when I elbowed him he said "WHAT? She told us to relax"
