prenatals are great for hair and nails so you dont have to be TTC to take them. some of my friends have been taking them for years, even when they were on BCP! so you could always use that as an excuse.

I had a moment like that too! On my bday my friend was using my digital camera which had a stored pic of my first opk smiley......she didn't say anything to me but I'm almost positive she saw it lol

I have my Prenatals in the cabinet in the kitchen!!! Every Sunday I turn them around so family will think they are regular vitiams!!...
