Decreased movement in the 9th month...
I know it's normal to feel the baby less toward the end but wondering when/if I should worry. I def. have felt the baby a bit here and there - but not nearly as much as I did a few days ago. But, again, I know the baby has dropped and is big, and I'm 36 + wks, so I know this is normal - but I guess I just need a little assurance that other mommies at this stage are experiencing less movement.

If memory serves me from when I was pregnant with DS, I definitely felt less movement towards the end. I chalked it up to the fact that he had less room to move!

I know - that's why I'm trying not to panic The baby was over 5lbs almost a month ago - so at probably nearly 7lbs already, I'm assuming there's not much wiggle room. Thanks!

I'm sure everything is fine! But my standard response is that if you are very worried about it, put a call in to your OB. They are usually good at reassuring us!

Sounds normal since the Baby has less to move around. Would be a bit concerned if hours went by and you felt no movement.

I feel less movement too and when I do feel movement, it is usually at night (used to be a lot in the afternoon).
It is normal - the baby has less room to move around. But if you don't feel movement at all, def call your doctor.

My has definitely become more lazy!!! I just think it has no where to move to anymore haha PLUS he/she is already head down, ready to go, so I don't really want him/her moving alot. I mean I feel punches and kicks still but not the ROLLS i use to feel.
