December mommies--YIKES!!!!!
Can you believe we're going to be mommies this month??!!!! 
I got a call from one of the nurses in L&D today--just wanting to complete my medical history and answer any questions about the c-section "since I'm getting close".
Where has the time gone????

The second half of month 8 and all of month 9 have been so uncomfortable...i can't wait for it to be over and finally meet my dd!

I was the total opposite. I thought I'd definitely go late and now I could have the baby sometime this week or next week at the latest. I still don't think it has fully sunk in.

I was convinced that I was going early (even my doctor thought so last week). Well I'm still here and as of yesterday I'm only 2cm & 90% effaced. I don't think that really means much. My little man is going to arrive when he's ready...eventhough mommy's ready now

Having definite contractions, but nothing consistent...I'm also feeling a lot of perssure down there..having my 37 week check up on Friday with a sono to make sure she's in position, hoping I'm more dilated and effaced..I was 1CM last week and not effaced last week...I definitely feel like I've made some progress, I'm also trying to walk and be on my feet as much as possible!!!! I want her to be here already sooooo badly!!!!

I was having SO much pressure today it was really hard to walk
Also, at the end of the day when I was leaving work, I had a "pinching" feeling in my cervix - I couldnt walk
It happened a few times, but then not again since I've been home

I think I might be in labor I've been timing my contractions since around 2:45am and they have been every 8mins for 1LONG min each. When the other ladies said you'll know when you have REAL contractions...they were so right. Sorry ladies but they're painful  They are closer together now more like 5mins so in about an hour I'll call my doctor and probably be admitted.
I got scared because I was bleeding with the contractions (bright red blood  ) but my doctor said that's fine when I just spoke to her. We'll see.
I'll keep everyone posted and hopefully my little guy is here today
