What really sucks is that our vote here in NY really doesn't matter. With today's technology the national vote should be calculated by voter popularity not delegates that are based on old news & antiquated ideas.
I disagree with this. the electoral college was put in place to ensure that less populated states like SD would have fair say like more populated ones do.
ITA...it's nice to think about only the popular vote counting but then candidates would only go to NY and California. The electoral college is 100% necessary.
