No offense but.... HOW F&CKING HARD IS YOUR JOB????????????????
I asked for a decaf coffee with 1/2 and 1/2 and this jack@ss put sugar in it. My coffee is GROSS!!!!!!!!! I hate sugar in my coffee. W T F is so hard about DEACF W/ 1/2 AND 1/2????????

Oh that stinks, I hate when my order gets screwed up.... I am so paranoid when I get my decaf dunkin donuts iced coffees that I ask the man like 3 or 4 times "are you sure this is decaf". He must think im nuts but I'm so paranoid because I can't actually see him pouring the coffee from a decaf container.

my mother always orders her coffee BLACK..NO SUGAR b/c she puts her stuff in at home.
I cannot tell you how many times they eff it up. I know they're used to putting stuff in it, but gees..black coffee is hard to screw up.

I stopped getting D&D in penn because they kept giving me regular when I asked for Decaf

Dunkin seems bad these days no matter which one you go to. We have about 4 within 5 miles of us. I've had recent run ins at all of them. The service is horrible. They don't listen to what you order - one insisted I didn't order ham on an egg sandwhich even though I gave her the order 3 times b/c she wasn't getting it and another just yesterday totally neglected to give us my FIL's egg sandwhich. Meanwhile when you go in their greeting is "would you like to try the blah blah blah...". I'm like get your mind off of what you are pushing and LISTEN to your customers!!!

Dunkin Donuts sucks! I have gotten decaf coffee from them like 2 or 3 times, and sure enough about an hour later I have been so shaky. They give me regular instead of the decaf!
