We're in the same position. We were supposed to close Feb. 1st. We signed the contract but they didn't. They moved closing to on or about Feb 28th. We haven't heard a thing since. Talk about the most stressful and agonizing wait (just shy of having DS).

it's a two-fold thing
we're not paying rent right now, so literally every day we don't close is more money in our pocket
however, we're both completely done with living at home, and just want to start our lives
no word as of yesterday
