Deanna's plan

I know I don't post much & I never did an intro, however I still have questions regardless of how much I have lurked & read old posts. This month was our 1st month of really TTC. I used CBEOPKs, BD'd on the "right" days. I think AF is coming so obviously I'm out this month.

Next month I want to try Deanna's plan simply because my cycle was wacky the last two months and I think this gives us the best chance of getting it right. My cycle is as follows.. Day 1 was july 13, day 1 in Aug was the 13th, Sept I was late 3 days (approx) and now I'm spotting 3 days early. I am so confused. Im usually like clockwork. 3 days earlier than the last mont- for the most part.

Now that you have some background, heres my Q. According to Ds plan, you BD every other day beginning day 8, test with OPKs from day 10 on & take robitussin/mucinex, get a +opk & BD for 3 days, then 1 day off, then 1 more day... right?

then during the 2WW BD atleast once to get a fresh "batch"... am I missing anything?

Thanks ladies!

BD CD8 every other day until you get a positive on the OPK... BD that night..the next 2 nights... then take off the next... and BD one last try after that..

Re: Deanna's plan

The day you have your OPK+ you BD that night and the 2 following night (that's 3 night). then you are off 1 night. Then BD 1 more time

OPK+: BD
Next day: BD
Next day: BD
Next day: off
Next day: BD

That's it! no more BD after that.

Re: Deanna's plan

We did Deanna's plan on our second cycle trying... We found it exhausting.
The only thing that got us through it was Pre &/or PreSeed... I seriously recommend it!Chat Icon
