"Deannas Plan"
I was reading the post regarding women who are TTC after having had a baby or after having a miscarriage, and I just have a question.
The plan says When your OPK turns positive, begin trying every night for three consecutive nights, skip the fourth night, and then once more. Then stop! The waiting begins
Why do you have to stop at that point? Would BDing after that cause problems or make something go wrong?

Re: "Deannas Plan"
maybe she just assumes you dont want to continue BD unless there is a chance of conceiving?

Re: "Deannas Plan"
I think it just means that at that point you are no longer BDing to conceive.

I agree with you - I think that is what she means.
I just want to add that I began ttc 3 months after a mc and it took me about 6 months to conceive after that. That last month I followed the Deanna Plan including taking Robitussin and I am now 10 wks PG. Just thought I'd share that info with you
Good Luck and lots of

Re: "Deannas Plan"
I'm really confused now. To start trying when you get a positive negates all the other rules that you should try three days prior to your OPK and the day of...Just want to make sure I'm doing this right!

No it says to start trying every other day, beginning on day 8 of your cycle. Begin testing for O on day 10 of your cycle. When you get a positive on the OPK try EVERY day for 3 days in a row, then skip one day and then try again the next day.
