dd pushed on babys soft spot
DD just pushed on our 4 mos olds head so hard that the baby started crying hysterically. I have no idea if she pushed on the babys soft spot, but i am afraid she did. How likely is it that shecaused damage? This happened abt 10 minutes before bed but once shs calmed down she seemed ok. Just very worried...

I would take the baby to the Ped tomorrow just to be safe bc I know I would be worrying too. I'm sure it's fine though

Do t worry too much. Peds push on the fontanels during exams to determine when they close. My ped made a point of showing me exactly this just so I wouldn't worry about accidentally touching the soft spot - apparently a lot of parents worry about this :)
