We just started our daughter in daycare this summer. The one we go to runs a summer program that runs from the end of June through next week and then runs through the school year. She will have new teachers beginning for the school year. My question is, how does tipping work? They sent a note home saying its at our discretion but recommending $1 to $2 a day. She has two teachers, one who is always there and one that switches. Who and how would I tip. I know her main teacher and one of the others but she isn't always there. Do I just give it to the main one and hope she shares?
