Daycare 2 Days/Week

Does anyone do daycare 2 days? I've been getting a lot of freelance lately and I would be interested in putting the girls in for a few hours maybe Tues/Thurs....does any place do this? What are the pros/cons? TIA!

I know my daycare does, but I don't live in LI.

They do either Mon, Wed, Friday or Tues, Thursday if you want part time.

The cons:

They will get sick more
Generally you will have to pay for the 2 days whether you use them or not

The pros:

Socialization
Build up immunity
Learning environment

Thank you! I think it would be beneficial for them. I would love to even do 1/2 days b/c then my mom could watch them in the afternoon once or twice a week. I would love to be able to work a little during the day instead of at night when DH comes home. Thanks!

We are using Prime Time Early Learning Center in Farmingdale. They do 2,3,4 or 5 days and either 8 or 10 hour days. FM me if you want more info...

I found it easier to find someone to come to my house 3 mornings a week than a daycare center. We were on the waiting list for months before a spot came open so I had to find someone.

we go 2x a week out in miller place and samantha loves it - she will be going full time this summer when i run my camp program.....if you want the info, fm me!
