Day care mommies - My son is starting pre-school in three weeks...
he is going to be 2 on the 22nd. I'm going to need you girls...to pick me up bc I know this is going to be harder for me than for him. He is a very independent 2 year old that just LOVES kids and social interaction, as well as a structured routine. I just don't want him to cry when I leave him there. I am taking the last two weeks in September off so that I can get him on a schedule as close as possible as the pre-school follows, and I will also bring him therefor an hour here and there during the week before he starts. I love the place that he is going to. Its everything I wanted in a pre-school...there are Polish speaking children there (although instructions are strictly in English) AND they follow Montessori style of teaching. Its just me...I'm going to have a hard time bc thats my baby time just flew by. If you made it this far reading this, THANK YOU!
Can you tell me how you got through during the first few days? Thanks!

You sound like me when I put my 2 yo in school (2 yrs ago). The teacher said..it sounds like your ready for another baby (ummm I wasn't..til now =)).
Your DS will LOVE it! And you will LOVE it! There are so many wonderful things that he will have offered to him to learn and experience and it will be GREAT!

He will love it!!!!!!!! I cried my eyes out the first day I sent Anthony and it was only 2 days a week. He walked right in...said Hi to all the kids and was smiling form ear to ear. I left, sat in my car, called my mother and cried. I picked him and he didn't want to go home..which made me so happy! It is harder on us than them.
I can't believe he will 2 on the 22nd..and Anthony will be THREE on the 22nd! Our boys are getting so big!
