If they aren't ready they aren't ready. I firmly believe that.
I personally don't agree. I think the younger they are the easier it is to teach them. I trained both of my kids with the 3 day method (DD1 at 25 months and DD2 at 23 months). YOU need to watch for his signals and not rely on him to tell you when he needs to go. It is a lot of work for you to watch him and teach him, but if you look for his signals you will quickly pick up on when he needs to go, then you run him to the bathroom and let him finish on the toilet. You can FM me if you want any help, but I think it is more about you being ready to really watch him and teach him than him being ready.

I completely agree. It is actually harder to train them as they get older.
