Day 1?
Hi ladies...so AF came yesterday, but not really. I had a little spotting in the afternoon and then nothing for the rest of the day. DH and I BD last night and then of course AF came in full force. So now which day do I count as day 1? Yesterday or today??

the first day of full flow. I have read that spotting is actually from the last cycle and the red flow is from the start of the new cycle
edited b/c it sounded gross LOL.
