I don't say every thought that goes through my head but yes for the most part I do. Of course there are times I don't bother expending the effort to type out because for some posters that frustrate me, there is no point as they don't get it.

You have a good point there. I suppose that even if I did post what I really thought under my other name it wouldn't make a difference. But it makes me feel better.
