Cycle question
AF just ended, but my CD for the month starts the day I get AF, right? I have been on the pill for too many years, so I am out of the loop. Hope the cramps aren't as bad as they used to be!

CD1 is the first day of AF (first day of full flow).

Yes you are correct, it's the first day of AF. I did find the cramps worse after coming off the pill.
