Cycle frustration
Ok. Prior to getting married in March, I always had 28-29 day cycles. Starting in April my cycles have extended to now 32-33 days.
The only I changed was my eating habits. I definitely let myself eat whatever I wanted, blah blah. I have gained about 10 lbs since I got married.
This month, I started using my digital opk. I tested around the time I thought I would ovulate based on 28-29 day cycle and never got a smiley face. I waited two days and tested again based on a 33 day cycle and got a positive reading. Great!
Here I am on CD 28 and I notice a slight brown/pink discharge. I ususally spot a day before my period. Is it possible my cycle is shortening back to 28-29 days? How did I get a smiley opk then on CD18?
I am so confused.
ETS: I should mention that this month I am back to eating regular, and have probably dropped 4 out of the 10 lbs. Does this even matter???

Re: Cycle frustration
When did you get your +OPK?
When you get AF will be determined by when you ovulate. So if you ovulate later in your cycle, then AF will come later.
